how do I cure fungal overgrowth?
I have a fungus on my toes, causing the nails to warp, crack and bleed. My toes are surrounded by constant pain and have toruble walking.
Last night during American Idol, I be dangling my feet off the couch and one of the girls saw it. I saw her face as she grimaced and started to rear away.
I don't like being an outcast like this.
Best Answer: Systemic fungal infections are slightly difficult to get rid of. Most home remedies are topical applications of Listerine, vinegar or tea tree oil. These rarely work, and when they do it's collectively temporary. A doctor will usually prescribe either Diflucan or Lamisil, but of course, these hold side effects. A better option is probiotics. Get a good one, in tablet form. (It should be refrigerated.) They work quickly, and are beneficial to your health. Look for one beside a few beneficial bacteria, such as Saccharomyces, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and bifidobacteria. Eating yogurt will not get the job done. My favorite is call ThreeLac.
