Does fish grease in actual fact work, or should I let go my money and not buy it?

I heard it improves your mood. Is this true? And are there any other supplements that DO upgrade your mood?
Best Answer: yes it does work there are studies that someone once linked to on here that I read that confirm this. Also I read a book once where they used a pet scan to exam results. About ten years ago, they knew little about the brain cause it could just be studied by autopsies and a few other means but with PET scan they can study the living brain action. They, for example, give high levels of fish oil to a schizophrenic and they trained him to while getting a pet scan push a button respectively time he had an hallucination. By doing this they could see the exact area of the brain that be affected and how it looked, As he stayed on the fish oil, his behavior changed to that of someone without schizophrenia and consequently on redoing pet scans, there saw that the affect nouns had changed dramatically to resemble someone with a normal brain so the antedoctal evidence be backed up with physical evidence of brain changes. When we get a great deal more omega three in there this helps the neurotransmitter receptor sites remain flexible and pliable so the brashness impulses and chemical balance is normal thus procure at least 3-6 mg of fish oil and eat lots of fish, flax pip and other sources of omega three fats while reducing the omega six and trans fats and animal fats within your diet.
