Do you drink vinegar for the benefit of your strength?
I have read that drinking 2 Tbsp of organic, unrefined vinegar daily can back alkalize your body's ph. I have decided to try it, although it may take me a short time while to adjust to the taste. I have yet to get the impression any change in my health, but it have been but 2 days. If you do this, what benefits have you noticed?
I forgot to mention, yes, apple cider vinegar.
Yes, it does nouns odd that the things I've read mention vinegar to be alkalizing to the body seeing how it is so acidic. But that's what I've read.
