Your best bet is to drink this plain if you are severly desiccated, but you can add it to some juice if it's easier to drink. Walgreens, Wal Mart, Rite Aid, and hopefully other grocery stores carry this pediatric electrolyte fluid - He told me to stay away from "sports drinks" because they are not as potent as the pediatric electrolite fluid and the sports drinks are full of sugar.
