my grandpa got a perscription for marinol i was thinking of taking a few. what the difference in the illustrious compared to smoking?what if i do both at the same time
Best Answer: Marinol is not the same as Weed. It is a THC derivative that is used to fall nausea and stimulate appetite usually for cancer patients. You won't get the same high. Not to mention that it is a controlled substance, and taking it short a prescription is illegal and punishable.
