I stipulation guidance in the order of coenzyme Q10?
Which brand or type is best to use? I have seen many different types and not sure which one to buy. Are the gel ones ok? Or the chewable ones? Or the pill form? Anyone ever taken Q10? How be it?
Best Answer: Truth be told, any answer given here will just be personal opinion (I can give you my feelings if you'd like). There are many higher quality companies out in that that are readily available and well priced... just take home sure the company has a good rating with any the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide). The softgels are in reality some of the better ones because CoQ10 is fat-soluble and is best absorbed when taken with some type of fat/oil. Chewables are a matter of personal zest... some people love them, some don't. I've taken CoQ10 before and it helped me a great deal with energy... in reality, it gave me more energy than I needed at the time. Good luck and I hope I helped!
