What are these fluid chock-full sac within my stool?

Ok, this is disgusting, I know. Back story: I've had alternating diarrhea/constipation the last few months. In the beginning, it started as lower vanished side pain. Now thats gone and this diarrhea/constipation seems to be the culprit. I was tested for bedbugs, had an MRI, CT Scan, blood work, the whole deal. Everything have been negative. I have be studying my stool lately (gross, I know, but I have to!) and I have noticed a few times these unexpected round fluid filled tiny sacs. I took pics this time...any idea what this can be? I own tried to chock it up as something I ate, but I cant think of anything that would look like this. If i push on them, they burst and fluid comes out - the "skin" is soft. The doctors all say-so everything is negative and it must be mucus and refuse to test it or look at it.
