How Often Can I use My Netti Pot?
I got my first Netti pot about 4 months ago and have be using it nearly every day. So far I haven't had any issues and it said on the side of the box when I bought it that I could use it 2-3 times a day. I persoanlly use it once or twice every hours of daylight.
Again I haven't had any issues, I'm just wondering what other people enjoy to say.
By the way I love this thing! It be a little weird getting used to at first, but my sinuses have never feel better.
Yeah I haven't had any issues, but I thought the salt might eventually dry me out. So far so good.
Best Answer: I use mine everyday. It's only saline, so I don't see why you couldn't use it multiple times a day if you needed to. I love mine too! It's the best ever...especially since I've been pregnant and congested.
