Polysporin or Aloe Vera?
I got some road rash. which one would be better to prevent infection and heal speedily, Aloe Vera or Polysporin or quite possibly a combonation of both?
Best Answer: While aloe vera is excellent for many skin ailments there is one item it isn't and that's an antiseptic. Use a polysporin product and then later, once it's mostly healed, aloe to prevent scarring.
