For the first month or two, you will notice your spelling is bad and you get the impression stupid as a rock. I never had one migraine while on topamax (topirimate). I was taking 200mg. Make sure you drink lots of water as topamax can bring kidney stones. I would also take a multivitamin as anticonvulsants can cause vitamin defiencies.
