Best Answer: The only national chain I know about is Whole Foods. They bought out Wild Oats a couple of years ago and incorporated them into their website. See here: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/ Their stores typically hold fresh meat & produce, a little cafe and oodles of supplements. Most natural foods and supplements are purchased from little "mom & pop" stores. They sometimes turn into a franchise but rarely grow to more than 3 or 4 stores inwardly a 100 mile radius. There is also GNC or General Nutrition Centers. I don't care for them as many of their products are diluted and/or not really natural.
