What are the best vitamins to run at hours of darkness?
I was just wondering, if there is a indisputable vitamin you could take at night that will make you grain more refreshed when you wake up in the morning, or possibly promote a better sleep.
Best Answer: Well, there are a few herbs and nutrients that can help near sleep, although not any actual vitamins per se. There's Melatonin, Valerian, Chamomile, Hops, L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, Passionflower, and Scullcap (an herb). You can try any one of those to help you sleep naturally. You'll also want to stay away from any B Complexes (including those surrounded by multiple vitamins) and Chromium shortly before bed because those help give you punch and/or alertness. All that being said, some of the nutrients I mentioned support Serotonin production, which is the hormone that controls both sleeping and waking cycles. The reason I mention to be precise that too much Serotonin actually gives your body the signal to wake up, so it's not a accurate idea to take them the same bearing many people would a sleeping pill (to force you to fall asleep or to cart more to fall asleep faster). If you need the Serotonin boost, those can help... if you don't obligation it, I would stick with the Valerian, Chamomile, Hops, L-Theanine, Passionflower, and/or Scullcap. Also, make sure you avoid sugar, caffeine, and exercise for at least 2-3 hours until that time you want to head to bed to eliminate other common possibilities of sleeping problems. If none of those help out, it's possible you may need to see a Sleep Specialist to see why you aren't sleeping right, but most people don't get to that point after trying some of these option. The best answer for this is get plenty of exercise, guzzle right and don't smoke or drink loads of beverages with caffeine. Go to bed early enough that you can acquire a minimum of eight hours of sleep a night. Staying up late for any reason is counter-productive. Vitamins will not minister to at all, other than to enrich the peddlers of said vitamins - vitamins are expensive and unnecessary unless you have a medically-diagnosed vitamin defect disease like beri-beri, pellegra or scurvy.What is bleak something like adderall?
