Best Answer: While they are similar, they come from different sources. They are both good for cardiovascular health and are both good for antioxidant support. I would voice one major advantage is that it's not a big fad right in a minute like the Resveratrol is, so there aren't as many companies/people trying to scam citizens buying Pterostilbene. Aside from that, they have basically the same benefits overall. I haven't see an ORAC rating for both to compare just how powerful each is, but that could show a difference.
