what can you suggest me?
hey guys i have Advanced Multivitamin tablets like centrum, they have expired contained by 2006. would it be ok to use them, will they have the vitamins ..will there be any side effects or is it harmfull to use them please suggest me?

Since its crossed 2 years 1> the potency of the drug would have almost completely lost, It might be just equal to swallowing mud, without any use.. 2> nearby are all chances that, they are animal extracts, the possible contamination from infectious pathogens.. Since the preservatives which might be added would have also lost at hand power.. Again, the dates depend on the Environmental temperature.. If its in colder climates, they can be extended..
