My hubby is about to graduate from DI school, and he's already taking 7 hr red line enthusiasm shots, but that can't be too healthy, so i wanted to know if there's any secrets that former DI's use to stay so energized and intense? he lone gets about 4 hrs of sleep a day and works from 430am to 930pm everyday, and he excersises on a daily basis, but doesn't get a chance to eat, he have to sneak away to eat something and shove it down his throat, because to the recruits you have to seem close to your a machine and not human at all, and so far he's doing very very well but he's doing it the unhealthy way and i know in the long run its gonna confine up, everyone keeps saying just bring back more sleep and eat healthier but i need more details later that. So can anyone help me?

You left that question pretty blurred baby. How much sleep does your husband get? What type of diet is he on? How often does he exercise? Is he on any type of medication(s)? There is no furtive to feeling energized. Eat right, get at least six hours of sleep, give somebody a lift naps if at all possible and get a moderate amount of exercise.
