Does anyone here know roughly speaking the mind/body effect?

I really believe if I become aware of why I am sick I can heal it. I own done this for years. The healh experience I am having has be bigger than anyone before. Diabetes. Louise Hay says it is from not self about to digest sweetness. or sadness or wanting something to diverge. This all makes sense to me my 20 year dated son passed away so it all matchs how I feel . Yet I enjoy worked on it all. I am ready to stop using this but it also keep me from having to put up with anything from anyone so it is an excuse to space out & sit down & budge into my own world. I want to stop this. I have even called my sould pay for. So I need suggestions as to how to become aware of why I am doing this rationale it is deeper than I have stated & how to have a fit life. Any suggestions are appreciated. I have already have people tell me to read he bible so rule that one out. Anything else might sustain.

Answers:    The mind and body are definitely interconnected. Alternative medicine, yoga, and modern psychiatry / psychology adjectives agree.

1) Psychiatry has a disorder called somatization disorder where on earth extremely painful emotions can attain stored up and then they manifest physically.
2) Psychology and medicine know give or take a few psychosomatic.
3) Yoga talks of the mind body relationship.

So it is pretty much agreed on now within all spheres.

My own experience is that my emotional difficulties manifest physically if I don't process them. For me this system like feeling as if I've be shot in the stomach! Which can be suppressed fear or grief. It have been there for a few years immediately.

It can be released with bodywork, such as massage, yoga or tai chi etc. Also dream therapy can release the emotions because talking allows us to connect. When it get really bad you'll often consistency like shutting down temporarily.

The biggest breakthrough for me was research mindfulness (I'm not sure if I mentioned this before to you?). Well I did a MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) 8 week course. It is a non religious method, which suited me better as it's more effective for most inhabitants this way. Jon Kabat-Zinn helped develop these sort of things. He's an American don who started using it in hospitals for people surrounded by severe physical pain, and later turbulent pain.

It really works, as it gets us to tune within to ourselves, and our emotions and bodies, which means we start becoming more aware of our behaviours, engagements, thoughts and emotions. It is surprising how our lives can be so busy that we forget to truly connect with ourselves, and over time we stop knowing ourselves, or stop knowing how to make well.

I would highly recommend looking in to it.
