How do you get plant extracts or plant oil?

For example: mint oil/extract, rosemary extract, etc.

These are to be used for medicinal purposes.

Answers:    I make my own rosemary extract by filling up a night glass container with dried rosmary leaves (crush them near your fingers) then I pour alchohol to slightly cover them.then I make tracks it in a warm but not too thaw out place for say a month and there you hold it..
