Morning glory seed recreational use question?

okay well i just hear about morning glory seeds individual used as like drugs

and i looked through some of the questions afterwards i stumbled upon a site talking about alcohol and what not
so i hold a few questions i hope someone can answer.

what is the best way to prepare the seed with the use of petroylum ether (because i dont know what that is and i doubt we enjoy any) and alcohol (i'm only 14 and my mother doesnt drink)?
