Question give or take a few ZINC 50mg chelated?

I was looking for "ZINC 50mg Chelated" at Walgreens, but they only own ZINC 50mg of Finest Natural. All of us don't know what the word "chelated" means. I don't know if they are different or not. if yes, how are they different from each other? And what is "Chelated"?
Thanks contained by advance

Answers:    A Chelated mineral is basically only just one that's broken down. I've never seen Chelated Zinc in as glorious as a 50 mg dose (it's normally in 30 mg at the most if it's Chelated)... who told you to bear that high of a dose of specifically Chelated Zinc?

In general, the human body doesn't occupy pure minerals very efficiently (like pure Zinc), so it have to be bonded with another nutrient (like Gluconate, for example) that your body absorbs easier, after the mineral gets absorbed along beside it. With Chelated minerals, they actually break down the pure mineral in a lab so that the mineral itself is easier for your system to involve. That's the difference.
Does that help?
