Sore throat!?
What is the best thing for a sore throat?! I don't have a cold, newly a soar throat. I have tried buttercup syrup.

well they influence if u eat honey and lemon together it really works or just try lemon tilt ur principal squirt the lemon in the middle of ur throat... sqeeze or massage u r forarm rub it an i sware it will work the forarm (i didnt sppell it right)were ur elbow and mitt is at what u use to it volley ball i swear it will work

I have also used whole plant echincaea tinctures. echinacea plants in actuality have a slight numbing effect (you can demonstrate this by actually intake the plant and seeing what it feels like), so if you get echinacea win it in an alcohol tincture (tastes better than glycerol) and see if you can get something beside the words "whole plant". I've used this and it kinda numbs your throught a little bit and feel sorta bizzare and awesome at the same time

Sometimes that can make your skin feel for a while burn-y though so use very little and wash it stale if it hurts.
Also, theres really no limit as to how much of the echincaea tincture you can take at a time. You could techincally drink the bottle (eew), but I've found that any more than 1 Tbsp at a time is for a moment uncomfortable
