Taking Ginkgo Bilboa next to anti depressants?

I have had an ear infection resulting within several bad experiences with vertigo and ringing surrounded by the left ear. This has adjectives been over seen by the doctor and the ENT specialist at the hospital. On top of this i suffer from anxiety and depression and i am currently taking Venlafaxine (effexor) and Diazapam.

Somebody suggested me taking Ginkgo Biloba as a instinctive remedy to help with thedizziness and ear ringing. If i give it a try, would it interfere with my current doctor prescribed medication ? I'm just getting to my wits wind up now, and want to try something natural a bit than take more chemical loaded drugs.
