What type of movement in the order of herb that I should do?

I need to do a campaign just about herbs. My target audience is secondary university students aged 13 and 14 years old. They are playful and full of energy. They do not really know almost herbs. I want a campaign that can gain their interest and sort them participate too.

Does anyone know of a colloquial sleep remedy?


Answers:    Do something that shows them how they go from plants to ingredients.
