What's the treatment for INTERSITIAL CYSTITIS?

I'm going to the Urologist soon. The doctors said I don't have a UTI (for once I kinda believe them since I took everything (from medicines to alternative vitamins/foods). I own to pee sometimes every 10 minutes! It ranges. Anyway, what is the treatment for intersitial cystitis? (not cystitis)
And does it work/help?

Biotin: what is it taken for?

Answers:    Many in the Alternative Health field believe that Interstitial Cystitis is cause by Candida (Yeast) and / or Food Allergies / Sensitivities. So the next step is to be tested for Candida and Food Allergies. Your doctor can do a urine test for Candida. You can be tested by an Interro contrivance for food sensitivities. Naturopaths often have Interro machines. You would next eliminate the foods that cause the cystitis (such as Dairy Products, wheat, red juice ( and other acidic foods), etc.- food perservatives and other chemical additives by the method are a big cause of systemic allergic reactions). Try going without these foods for a while and see if it help. Good Luck.
