What does it do and how often should you drink it? Just interested to know as some people I know are singing its praises. Does it really supply you more energy?

Answers:    green tea is really good for you because it reduce your chances of Alzheimer's disease (causes dementia), it fights of adjectives sicknesses such as the cold and flu, and it increases your metabolism and oxidizes (burns up) with out increases your chance of heart disease close to most metabolism pills do if you don't drink it you should start of at 1-2 cups a day and eventually make your track up to a maximum of 6 cups if you want to drop weight in a blink of the eye.

Because it's big in anti-oxidants that rid the body of free-radicals.although what that means exactly I havnt get a clue it also helps digestion, and speed your metabolism bu very little so its not similar to u are going to loose lots of waight.
