What color braces should i draw from?

The procedure is called a "restoration". nd this. Dental Restoration. Two words is better than one on a document.

Do I hold dry socket?

A filling is the procedure to restore the tooth/ teeth to suitable condition. In the Humana Outline you provided, there is only one section for Restoration. Look underneath "Restorative", item 2940 - it lists Sedative Restoration. Since it is the only one listed, I presume that one refers to "fillings".

A crown past its sell-by date one of...

It's beneath "Restorative" and "Resin Restoration" The Restorative section lists the amalgam (silver) fillings base on how many surfaces of the tooth are involved and whether it's a baby tooth or a permanent tooth. The Resin Restoration list the White or Tooth-colored fillings again based on how many surfaces of the tooth are involved and whether it's a front (anterior) tooth or a spinal column (posterior) tooth. This list shows the price you would have to pay as your copay. Every dentist's fees are slightly different as they set their own fees but this insurance looks close to it's a type of HMO in which case the dentist who accepts this insurance also accept whatever insurance will pay for that procedure. You are responsible for paying the corresponding co-pay on the procedure. If you are confused, don't worry. Usually on the first call in, the dentist will explain what you need to have done and what your approximate out-of-pocket costs will be. Hope this helps, well-mannered luck!

What does your teeth look similar to if...

you have to look to restorative section in the insurance site and consequently see if your dentist fill your teeth with amalgam or composite and see in how plentiful surfaces your filling was for example amalgam filling on one surface cost smaller number than on tow and on tow less than three and so composite fillings or restorations so you have to travel to restoration section. and you can ask your dentist your dentist about each procedure and how much does it cost.

Can earthenware or Invisalign braces fix an underbite?

I know you've gotten some upright answers on some of these things, but I think I can explain the whole system better for you. ( I think this is the type of insurance you hold, but if I'm wrong than this won't apply, duh :) You are only allowed to go to certain dentist, correct? This is one type of dental and medical insurance, where on earth your Dr. enrolls in the program and agrees to the terms of it. In the program the Dr. gets more patients if they agree to the lingo, like free marketing. It's one way of doing things, you know. How your DDS charges and prices things is called his/her "charge schedule." The list of things that you have are the prices that you reimburse for the services. This list of prices is part of the fee rota, the other part being how much your insurance company pays to the DDS. And so the DDS gets the amount you payment plus some other amount the insurance company pays them. So that's how your DDS knows how much to charge. I think this system may be called "capitation," but I'm not sure. It also may be an HMO plan, I don't know what they are call exactly sorry. But yeah, that will be the price you pay at any dentist WHO IS ON YOUR PLAN. And you arn't allowed to go to any DDS that isn't on the provider list, or you will own to pay out of pocket 100%.
