Braces+Palet Expander= Hard to chomp through. Need counsel?
I recently got top braces, a palet expander and a lingual arch put into my mouth. The braces make consumption difficult and the lingual arch and palet expander adds a lot a difficulty while eating. I am wondering if in attendance are any good foods to eat for the next six or eight months while I own this combo in my mouth, also advice on "surviving" the time would be great.
