I am 16 and hold terrifically desperate teeth?
All my teeth are yellow and I have white marks on oodles of my teeth.I know its bad for a boy my age to have such bad teeth but I never cleaned them when I be younger so.I also have braces but when I visited my dentist to have a few teeth out to fashion the brace fit or something the woman said my dental hygiene wasnt good enough at the moment for them to do that as my teeth would just carry big holes on them then turn brown.I have an apointment with the dental hospotal soon for them to see the luggage.If I start brushing three times a day and using mouthwash is there a chance my teeth won't grasp horrificly worse anytime soon.PLease be honest and any help would be greatly appreciated as I am very worried my teeth will be like horribly scar for life.
Best Answer: Start using a fluoride rinse twice a day. ACT anti-cavity is a good brand within the U.S.. And, of course, brush at least twice a day and floss once a hours of daylight.

Well you should of brushed your teeth EVERYDAY so your teeth would be stronger and whiter as you get older. What you do with your teeth eill defe count for the rest of your life you MUST other take good care of your teeth they wiill be beside you, and you do not want to have fake teeth when you get elder. The first step that you are going to a hosiptial is a GREAT thing. Don't just brush, you'll need to floss too. I know ethnic group at my school who have braces and don't floss, and their gums are swollen and red. Brushing will help keep hold of your mouth clean, and mouthwash will kill germs, but it won't whiten them much unless you use actual whitening toothpaste. I had braces for 4 years of my energy and I cleaned them so well, they were sparking when I got my braces rotten. But with the retainers they started getting discolored so I used Crest White-strips and they are white now. They're easy to use, so once you receive your braces off, I suggest buying the whitening strip. There's not much you can do now except for brush and floss and try to stay away from sugary foods.
