Any suggestions? What should I prepare for?

When I got into my teens, I was stubborn as hell and I'll be the first to hold up my hands and speak - I didn't look after my teeth like I should have done. I brushed them maybe just once a day. I didn't get braces even though the dentist suggested it. I just go, checked up, got them cleaned.
Well, a couple of years ago (I would've been 16). I decided I didn't want to progress anymore. Now, here in the UK, you only get check ups every nine months unless nearby is an emergency. So, I've missed two check ups.
The problem I'm having only started last Thursday (21st/May) It started as in recent times a funny feeling at the back of my front teeth and I thought it might just be from drinking too much coke. So, I cut out the coke and I haven't drank any. (Let me append here, for the past year + I've really tried to look after my teeth. I'm a lot more mature very soon, brush them three times a day and have used mouthwash on and off.)
From when I wasn't looking after my teeth, there's profusely of plaque build up at the back of my two front teeth. Now that "funny" feeling has turned into I don't know. It feel like my jaw has shifted place? And my teeth are clashing when I bite down.
It also feel like my tooth left of the front middle ones (bottom) is SLIGHTLY wobbly. My boyfriend said things feel 10x worse on your fingertips and I looked contained by the mirror and you can't visibly see it wobbly.
He also suggested my wisdom teeth might be coming through and pushing my teeth together. The problem is ONLY on my bottom teeth, my top are totally fine.
My thoughts are probably Gum Disease from the plaque build up behind my two front teeth. I've started to use Corsodyl. I've got a dentist appointment booked within for Friday. Am in for a rough time or will they just need a verbs?

Best Answer: You probably just need a good cleaning. What you are emotion behind your lower front teeth is more than likely tartar build up. That is where on earth most of the heaviest of build up is. The tartar could also be the cause of your tooth being loose due to periodontal decease. Once you own the cleaning you should be fine. If you are only 18 you shouldn't be in danger of loosing any teeth due to periodontal decease. Keep up near your new good habit of brushing twice a daylight and don't forget to floss too. Flossing is the most important of all.
