Once I scrub each tooth it goes away immediately, but it is a solid sensation until I hit each tooth. Its both inside and outside of each tooth.

It is important that while smoking the e-cigarette you drink plenty of liquids, most importantly those containing sugar or colloquial sugar as this neutralizes the ingredients in the vapor that cause that form of sensation.
