Will I still know how to win braces?
This question is for dental students,doctors and workers...
Tooth number thirteen in my mouth is no longer a whole tooth... I have a root canal done on it and the crap that they put over it broke...so it is now a piece of tooth. Will this affect me getting braces and correcting my teeth properly or can I take perfectionism of it later during the braces?

Best Answer: hey, I'm a dentist and i might be of some help to you ! that crap is nil but a temporary restoration so on brushing or chewing hard food it might have cracked ! that's nought to worry about , your dentist still has to prepare a unwavering restoration on that tooth . if your tooth is partially broken it may require one more visit but if it is fully broken later it needs a crown and it may require more than one visit , after the work is completely done fixed braces can be applied to your teeth and yes you can take thoroughness of it even after applying the braces , after the application your dentist will follow up your case and call you at intervals to check the changes that give somebody a lift place . so go ahead and don't worry , its going to be really easy !
