How do I win rid of my desperate breath? 10 points!!?
I've had my bad breath for almost a year... i want to know what the causes are and how to gain rid of it
here are some of my habits/ characteristics
-i am a student who sleeps late at night
-i am a skinny person even though i put away i lot.
-i have a really fast metabolism.
-i don't have time for exercise at the moment because of school stuff..
-i haven't my dentist for a quite some time because of my schedule..
-i don't use dental floss
-i discern my saliva is at the back of my tongue and it's kinda thick...
-is too much rice give you fruitless breath because i eat a lot of rice.it's like one element of chicken leg to three parts of rice...^^
-is your posture related to bad breath.^^
-how do i know if my bad breath is not caused by the mouth and it's from inside of me..^^
-if your so hungry, consequently you eat too much... does that cause ulcer? which is also a bring of bad breath..

Best Answer: You must try to fit it surrounded by your schedule to see your dentist. Dental health is just as central as the rest of your health. Posture has nothing to do near bad breath. The first clue to your bad breath is the fact that you don't floss. One of the principal causes of bad breath is not flossing. Bacteria grow between the teeth and bacteria stinks...BAD!! Brushing alone cannot verbs between the teeth. It takes less than 5 minutes to floss. Try the reach flosser. It's super unproblematic to use and not a pain like string floss. It's very esteemed to brush the tongue as well for the same reasons. Bacteria grow on the tongue, so brush the tongue and buy a tongue scraper to verbs your tongue as well. Too much rice will not give you bad breath nor will want of exercise. I don't think eating when very hungry will make happen an ulcer.
