Would this be tooth deterioration and what can i do give or take a few it?
I;ve been having some gum pain, mostly torment up on top level of gum between the back molar and gum line. But today because of the sense of draining into my face (infection ,maybe) decided to look wiht a flashlight to see on the bottom molar a what appears to be a cavity on the top of the bottom back molar and these abnormal brown dots along the gum line on my back molar, top and bottom. Cant scrape the brown rotten. I was just in at the dentist somewhat over 6 months ago to get a wisedom tooth pulled on the other side of my mouth and the dentist didnt notice anything then.and i brush regularly. WHAT COULD IT BE??
