Can I brush my teeth right after drinking?
I've read that acidic food weakens your enamel, therefore we should lurk at least an hour before we brush our teeth after eating sharp food to avoid wearing down the enamel. This led me to wonder, would rinsing with a baking soda-water solution right after eating somehow neutralize the caustic environment in your mouth and make it more suitable for teeth brushing?
