Is nearby anyway to win out of paying?
Recently I had 2 bridges installed in my mouth where ive never have teeth. The orthodontist put them in and all he said was dont do anything you wouldnt do next to your regular teeth. I am currently paying 250 a month until the whopping total of 4k$ is payed off. My problem is the bridges have come out 4 times within the ultimate couple of months. The first incident was an accident at work no big deal I transform filter a filter hit my tooth knocked it out. The second incident I was eatinga burger it came out while I be eating so I held on to it and they put it back in a couple of days after that. The 3rd incident was with the opposite bridge I be brushing my teeth and swallowed it. They put it back in about 3 weeks then meanwhile I had to have senior pictures and go to prom toothless. Finally I go back a little irritated and they put it back surrounded by not more than 8 hours later I was eating a candy pub (milky way) and it came out I swallowed it. It got lodged in my throat so I tried inducing vomiting when I did that it cut my throat up and I started puking and spitting up blood merely to swallow the tooth completely. Now I must go around toothless for another 3 weeks. Also I have had to miss work for numerous appointments and own been threatened of losing my job. Im a real non confrontational type of party but things can nly go so far before you have to put your foot down. So what im asking is if anyone have any suggestions of what I should do or if I should just suck it up and deal with it until it falls out again and again.
Best Answer: The best things to do at this point are: Get a second inference from another dentist/oral surgeon (not an orthodontist) Make sure you being complete records with you. Ask ahead of time what you entail. Once you have the second opinion in mitt, go back to the original orthodontist and discuss it next to him/her. Your bridge may have been made incorrectly, you could have problems beside the tooth preparation, there are so many things that could be wrong. It's best to make sure you see another dentist. The second dentist will cost you a few bucks, but you should hold onto your receipts. Discuss refund some of your money with the original ortho. If he refuses to compensate you for adjectives of this, then you have the right to file suit. But I can't think a dental professional who would refuse to fix it. Definitely get a second opinion.
