Tips on how to verbs your teeth better! (With Braces)?
I need them. I floss pick out food use a toothbrush and mouth wash. I just wanna do something for so they are cleaner.
Best Answer: ok, first of adjectives NO HARD BRISTLE TOOTHBRUSHES!EVER!..they are not good for enamel-may casue abrasion (concave areas in enamel), and the only plea they are still on the market is due to consumer demand, nothing else some option for you to improve your brushing experience.or make it more confusing :) 1. you can try electric toothbrush-I highly recommend it 2. use floss threaders for easier floss acess 3. articulate to your dentist about paste-MI plus with calcium, phosphate and fluoride-will prevent white spot lesions aka white spots/discolorations-it is impossible as toothpaste but as nightly application to absorb all minerals...REALLY GREAT!! 4.you can add to your on a daily basis routine single tufted brush-extra work but may remove unwanted food particles-http://www.groupdental.co.uk/general/single-tufted-brush.asp 5...and now to confuse you more :)..... try brushing using Charters brushing method (look it up)-but you basically place side of a brush facing downward, and roll it up, pressing when you achieve gingiva and interproximally (in between your teeth) -but always!-no matter how you brush-make sure pressure is light and you are not bending the bristles

Will I inevitability to seize my prudence teeth...
catch a toothbrush that has HARD bristles instead of soft or medium. when i had braces, the soft toothbrush bristles didnt remove the plaque angelic enough. Also, i think they have toothbrushes that are especially designed for empire with braces... check wal-mart good luck!!knowledge teeth are coming out!?
