Is $3000 for dental push in obligatory after pulling a tooth?

I had an upper molar (2nd from left) pulled yesterday because it was abscessed and was wondering if it be worth getting a dental implant for $3000? Can't I just not spend the money and instead just chew beside my right teeth? Or do the teeth get crooked or something?
Best Answer: If not replaced, the tooth behind the space will tip over forward into the space. The tooth in front of the space may tip towards the back into the space. The lower tooth will come up higher into the space. (this is called supra eruption and it literally comes out of the bone.) So you can see that if a missing tooth is not replaced ,you run the risk of losing several more teeth over time. Good luck.

I want give support to whitening my teeth?

As the dentist stated, the other teeth will shift over time. But this is a tremendously slow process. Depending on the condition of the two adjacent teeth, you have a few options. You could do an entrench, you could also have a bridge made, a partial made(if you are missing other teeth on the top) or if the space doesn't bother you, you could do nothing with it for immediately. Yeah, eventually if you do nothing the bone could decrease around the adjacent teeth, and they will become loose. You don't hold to decide right now. But replacing it is definatley a good impression.
