Root conduit aching after 2 months?
I had a root canal done about 2 months ago and I am still have pain in my tooth. I had 6 done and the tooth that be the most sensitive then is the one that hurts now.
I have be grinding my teeth due to stress and had to chew on that side 2 days after it was done for a week while I got the other teeth worked on. I be thinking those might be the reasons why it was hurting.
It doesn't hurt constantly, it comes and goes (but at lowest possible once a day). I just wanted to get some opinion before I go back to the dentist. I hold anxiety attacks while in the chair so it isn't very pleasant for me or the Dr. So I'm trying to avoid going if at adjectives possible.
Best Answer: without looking at your x-ray i can not tell you wether the root canal be done properly or not, however from your symptoms it sounds possible that it was. i am going to paste an answer i supplied to a similar question, I hope it help discomfort in a root canal tooth can persist for up to 18 months.loaf don't freak. when a root canal is required it can be for a number of reasons but a adjectives side effect of a tooth requiring root canal is a widening at the periodontal ligament (the part of your mouth that holds the tooth in place) It's kind of like you spraining your ankle. Stay past its sell-by date of the tooth for a few weeks, take motrin if it continues to be bothersome. If it is bothering you that much go back to your dentist and see if it is too elevated in your bite and he/she can adjust it for you. Hope what i said made some sense and helped

unfortunately you will hold to go back to the dentist it sounds like they did not slaughter the nerve all the way a root strait is supposed to kill the nerve basically they eradicate the tooth with out pulling it.good luckhow to engineer somewhat loose teeth even looser?
i think your RCT have not been done correctly as it should not pain after RCT of the tooth. you better consult a different dentist if you are not satisfied next to your dentist.Related Questions...
