Best Answer: Sadly, no. Not adjectives people's canines are especially pointy though, and not just from grinding. Some are just naturally for a moment more rounded. No big deal. If it's really bothering you, talk to a dentist about have caps put on (kind of like a replacement tip, usually used when people chip their teeth).
