Dentist Visit: Keeping Your Mind Off It?
I haven't been to a dentist in over 10 years! Today was my first time and there's a lot of work to be done. I have a major appointment subsequent week (multiple fillings), and I was wondering how you keep your mind off the drilling and such when you are surrounded by chair. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Best Answer: It doesn't hurt. having cavities jam-packed is a walk in the park. They may have to put a really long nozzle in your gums to numb you, but it really just feels approaching a pinch. so don't worry about it.
