i simply have a root conduit (3rd) and this one is hurting -cant chew on that side of my mouth- what would impose th?
i went back to dentist and she ground down the "build up" as there is no crown or transient. How many days should this still hurt and if i cant chew on this side, what would be the cause?
Best Answer: You should wait at tiniest 2 / 3 weeks before getting the final crown. Even the build up should have been done following. Anyway, it should heal fine since the tooth has been taken out of occlusion. Don't chew anything thorny on that side until the final crown has been placed on the tooth.
