I am getting braces contained by 2 weeks do they hurt !?

I really want them so I don't have to get them later on contained by life I am younger but I lost all my teeth !
Ummm do you know if/how the glue taste like really bad or okay ?
Best Answer: First of all, you're lucky you're younger. When they put them on, you won't be aware of much, it'll just taste gross a lot. Then when you're adjectives done the inside of your mouth/cheeks will feel reeeeeeaalllyyy funny(not in a good bearing.) Be sure to ask for wax, as your gums will get irritated. You're used to smoothness on your teeth and now your going to have metal poking at you profoundly. With wax, you can put it over the stuff that's poking at you. The pain of the teeth kicks in after just about an hour. It will feel pretty sore and achey, you won't feel like chitchat or eating for the first couple of days. By the third day you'll feel better, and by the fifth morning you'll feel like nothing. After that, it get easy. The only time they hurt is after an adjustment, when they tighten it. I can promise you that you'll get used to how they look after a month or so. Once your teeth start straightening out, they'll only just look like they belong there. Good luck(: I have braces. ys, don't attain too freaked out about it. The process is kind of long and annoying, but it's not as bad as I've hear some people say it is. So don't really worry give or take a few it too much. (The glue they use to keep the brackets on your teeth tastes similar to sand though, Just thought I'd warn you.)

They hurt! The sides of your mouth will be cracked from being opened so yawning putting them in. They'll be sore for a while and the braces will often cut and rub sores inside your mouth. Luckily after a while you get used to them. I'd read out about 4 months or so. And when I had them I didn't eat as much because they are a dull pain in the butt to keep clean, so I be really skinny which was awesome. Well, after you get braces.. I suggest you don't eat those firm stuff and those other things like bread. It would probably hurt for a few days or probably a week. So, I suggest you would have to drink soup..and sometimes, ice cream sometimes oblige. But if you like those mint kinds with those little chocolate chips inside,don't acquire those.
