my dentist say my teeth will again turn black where on earth ever nearby are cavity after 4 or 5 years?
because these are caused by excess carbohydrates. He will have to use veneers for that. But explicitly very expensive. Pls share your experiences
and how can i know that a material that my dentist is using to fill cavity would not blacken after few years.
Best Answer: Your dentist needs to get an education if he is still using amalgam filling that eventually turn black. Watch this film and get a new dentist: http://www.milldental.com/millennium/webvideo/MercuryDanger/SmokingTooth_200k.wmv Bad digestion, surrounded by general, is what causes plaque build up on the teeth and also bad calcium incorporation. You should eat about 75 grams of carbs each daylight and limit yourself to about that much. If you have amalgam filling in your mouth, you will have much worse problems with your vigour with that way more than excess carbs. Dentistry, like most medical those today are in business to make money and unfortunately, you call for to do extensive research on your own to find out what the truth really is. That takes time and you have to really did to get to the truth. It's really a depressed state of affair today for anyone to get quality dental work. EDIT: Please do not misunderstand or miss-state what I am saying more or less "turning black." It is not the teeth that turn black, but the amalgam filling does turn black. And to the posters here, do NOT say things that are NOT true in respect to amalgam fillings. EVERY AMALGAM FILLING HAS INFECTION UNDER IT. EVERY ONE OF THEM. When you remove an amalgam filling, the infection is there. ALL OF THEM. To deny this is to relay an untruth. Also, as the film shows, even 25 year old amalgam fillings ooze mercury vapor for about 1-1/2 hours by just brushing. To deny this is ludicrous. To say that mercury vapor is NON toxic is also ludicrous. If you want to believe that, afterwards you need to free yourself from the lies you believe. It simply is NOT true that amalgam fillings are not dangerous to a human. People promoting this do not hold to deal with the consequences of the bad condition they promote and take liberties to make statements that are simply not true. Everyone is free to desire for themselves, but to not take this amalgam problem seriously is foolish, indeed. Believe what you will, but if you saw how many people I enjoy personally dealt with that enjoy suffered due to amalgams with many health problems, you would particularly change your mind. It is also simply not true that you "have to use an amalgam filing because no other innards material will work." Bonded ceramic has a sturdiness factor of 300, the same as your original tooth and can be used anywhere amalgam is used. If you believe mercury emitting from an amalgam padding does not harm you, then just look at this subsequent 5 minute video that was part of a study done by the prestigious university well set for many famous studies; the University of Calgary Faculty of Medicine and also verified by the University of Tennessee: http://movies.commons.ucalgary.ca/mercury/ This study clearly shows what mercury does to brain tissue and the amount of mercury used in this experiment is 100 to 1,000 times smaller amount mercuric ions you get from brushing your teeth just one time over one amalgam filling. Your liver converts the mercury vapor coming past its sell-by date that amalgam you swallow into mercuric ions. It is beyond me why the ADA and most dentists ignore this data and many other studies clearly showing the effects of mercury and amalgam filling. The only reason I can think of is they want to protect themselves from massive regulation suits that would happen if they had to admit the patent. Even if you have doubts about amalgam fillings, near this kind of study and many more, why take the coincidence? The only thing to gain is a cheaper filling, really not worth the risk if you care about your health. Dental workers and dentists install the mercury, but it is others who own to deal with the aftermath, not the dentist because it falls within their "standard of care" and and so legally protected. But you, and only you have the final vote in what they do to you. good luck to you

i own some question just about contemporary braces?
Neither of the previous posters are correct. Amalgam fillings do not variety your teeth black. And the mercury that is in fillings is such a small amount that it does not motivation harm. If it did, I would be dead by now. I am wondering if your dentist told you this because he looked-for to place tooth colored fillings at a higher fee. Both types of filling are okay to use. There are differing circumstances as to which type is chosen. Sometimes the area where a cavity is cannot be isolated okay enough to place a tooth colored filling, so an amalgam has to be used. Tooth colored filling are often used to strengthen a tooth. Veneers are usually only placed on the front teeth. I wouldn't recommend having them placed on any teeth farther fund than your second bicuspid as there is too much force placed on these teeth when chewing. If you have tooth colored fillings on your front teeth and your dentist wishes to put veneers on them, get a second opinion. Veneers are used above all for cosmetic reasons only.Related Questions...
