Here's what I have hear: Step 1. Take Baking Soda and put it on your brush with a VERY small amount of water and brush your teeth with that. Step 2. Swish Hydrogen Peroxide contained by your mouth. Spit out the stuff when you are done. Step 3. Brush teeth with regular toothpaste, 3 minutes etc... to get rid of the taste. (It's not that bad) Do this 2-3 times per year and I would avoid cigarettes as well as coffee for the week.TMJ or TMD and dental trouble...couldn't attain xrays...?
