About braces?
I just got braces. I want some information on them from ethnic group who have had them or know someone who have had them.

Answers: Well, braces suck at first. But you get used to them. It may give the impression of being hard to take meticulousness of them but the look of you teeth after you get the braces off really depends on how you lift care of the braces when they are on. Say good bye to chewy and sticky foods. That may be strong to deal with but lately think how good your teeth look after you achieve the braces off. Braces are worth it.
I have braces right very soon, and they are not that bad, food never gets stuck within them, i dont know why! always brush your teeth, but not only because you want them white, but because food sticks and stains stinking teeth, but slides off of clean teeth! also, do what your orthodontist say, but you dont have to worry in the order of eating the "bad foods" and hurting your braces, it is VERY rugged to crack, break, loosen etc. your brackets/ wires, so do not live your life trying to not to eat the nuts lying on your cake, its not that big a deal! Hey.

I remember how it wasn't humiliated, but i got used to it.
When you got your braces, you necessitate to cute off all the rock-hard, crunchy, crispy foods, and try some softer, nutritious meals.
Brush your teeth after every meal or swish a mouthful of sea when your finished eating.

My best friend get her braces fitted two years ago. they hurt her for about a week afterwards. she's just have them taken off and they hurt even more, the doctor gave her paracetamol for them though, and immediately shes nearly back to normal (she get them taken off six days ago) =) most of my friends have braces,, here are some tips
1. DONT devour bread ( yuo can rele see it and its gross)
2. DO clean them atleast twice a day
3. |DONT devour hard sweets it breaks them and it looks horrid

Is it abnormal for a 20 year mature to achieve braces?
