Can i whiten my teeth after getting my tradition teeth removed?

i just got them removed finishing Thursday. and i got my braces off a few months beforehand, will whitening stuff irritate my mouth?

Would I be capable of run?

you should hang about at least 2-3 months before you turn to whitein your teeth. my aunt is an ortho. and use to be a dentist.(well she still is.) and she tell me evrything there is to know about teeth and keeping them well :)
