Do you brush your teeth?
Do you brush your teeth. once a day or after every meal. Or do you brush it after it get really yellow. I brush my teeth after every meal. Also do you floss?. I hold braces so I try to keep my teeth clean.
Answers: I don't brush after every buffet, because you don't want to wear down the enamel any faster than normal. I brush in the morning, next in the evening I floss and then brush again back bed. I also bleach my teeth which keeps them pretty clean and deeply little scraping at my 6 month dental cleaning.
To be honest with you .I used to brush it two time everyday but the elder you get , I mean elder you get and get tired of it consequently i brush it one time a day.
You get tired of it adjectives the times when you get older. i with the sole purpose brush my teeth in the morning..is that bad??
and i dont do it right away...i loaf until right before i leave the house.. no sooner.
and i floss single like 2 or three days a year right before my per annum cleaning so the dentist doesn't yell at me.
i use listerine 2 times a day though...

u neednt do it so frequently.u may land up with alterations surrounded by taste due to excessive use of dentrifice.daily twice is satisfactory.u may jst use interdental brush without any tooth paste to verbs if anything sticks or adheres to ur braces. I try to brush after every meal. If I'm at work and powerless to brush, I'll brush my teeth in the morning and in the evening. What do you parsimonious, "wait until they get really ashen?!?!" LOL
twice a day- when i get up in the morning (i dont chomp through breakfast) and right before i go to bed. my teeth arn't pallid. I brush my teeth usually after every meal, and I try to floss every day earlier I go to bed :)
