Help near my braces?
Hey, I have braces and I need to swot how to floss. I know they give you those blue things your supose to stick in between your braces, but to be precise a pain in the . Does anyone know any compassionate of mouth wash or toothbrush that could help me. Also anyone enjoy any tecniques they are willing to share. I use this expensive sonicare tooth brush. Anyone have any tips on how to generate sure my teeth come out well? I really need any guidance with my teeth! Thanks!
Answers: i guess there is this point you can buy that sprays high powered water that you can use to verbs your teeth with...i dont know the name of it but i guess it works really well-mannered...if i find out the name of it ill agree to you know.
they also have this special floss for braces which is pre-cut and has one finish that is stiff so you can get it beneath the wire called threader floss. additionally, i own read some journal articles saying that a waterpik help but i have never tried it since it is so expensive to purchase. i really liked the threader floss which i mentioned above. i hold seen it come in a cardboard box. it is more expensive than using the blue floss threaders, but sometimes you are freshly really tired at night and need something assured. i had braces; and i suggest you deal next to it like everyone else does and just floss the process they tell you so you will have foolproof teeth when they come off.
