How can i manufacture my teeth whiter?

My orthodontist looked at my x-ray and told me I enjoy the biggest sinuses he's ever see. What do you feel?


Answers:    Go to the Dentist and get your teeth cleaned regularly (which is every 6 months) and then start using Crest White Strips. Brushing twice a time and flossing wouldn't hurt either. Good Luck!

drink things like milk and river. then floss every night and rinse beside like listerine, then acquire some hydrogen peroxide and fill that little white cap up near that then some water and swish that within your mouth. make sure when your done rinsing with the h.p. you clean up your mouth out with tap sea. that should help and its not as expensive as strips and trays and what not. crest whitening strips.
also brush every time you eat.
floss. use mouth clean. =]

Don't drink tons of coffee and tea. that just stains your teeth.try a whiting toothpaste close to colgate. I don't recomend crest first you can use white strips

well.....going to the dentisit moight be helpful...or u could merely buy one of those teeth whitener brush with baking soda
