How to treath gingivitis?
I figured out I have gingivitis, and it's be giving me a lot of stress.
I'm really scared that it might grounds tooth loss and because of stressing, I couldn't go to sleep last hours of darkness.
Is gingivitis bad??
Can it get better by basically brushing, flossing, and using mouthwash??
I also have a permanent retainer at the rear my lower teeth, is that okay??
Do I need to be stressed out??
I think my dentist appointment is subsequent month, and I don't think I can wait next.
It's really making me scared and worried.
My gums are a little receding, swollen, and red, and my bottom teeth are itching.
Can I treat it brisk?
I'm really scared.
Answers: using hydrogen peroxide mixed with an equal amount of wet to swish will help, and what i would suggest instead of flossing is a waterpik water pressure flosser. You can procure one for about $40, and they work 3x better than regular flossing, it's faster and easier, and with a irreparable retainer (i have one too, this is why i got a waterpik), this make flossing SOOO much easier! Plus you can add the peroxide to your waterpik and really get it into your gums to draw from rid of the bacteria.
Keep doing that along with regular brushing and inside a week or two your gums will start to get healthier, but you should really keep hold of it up constantly and you should be rid of gingivitis permanently.
Gingivitis isn't a huge deal right immediately. If you never did anything about it for a long time then you might want to stress. But as long as you start a pious gum cleaning regimen now, you'll be fine.
u'll have to put up with professional cleaning -namely scaling nd root planning procedures.they r done by ultrasonics hence they dont cause any twinge as such.later u,ll hav to follow proper brushing techniques, flossing.do ask u'r dentist abt brushing technique. Brush and Floss alot, also go get professional cleanings every 3 months instead of 6 this should give support to
