I mull over my sense teeth are coming through but im not sure...back?

I have started to have something within the back of my mouth that looks like an carbuncle but i can sort of feel that there is something underneath it. The pain has started to shift into my throat and it hurts for me to swallow and eat.!!!! PLEASE HELP ME I dont know what to do

Has anyone else have a Gastric Bypass and Tooth putrefaction?
